Jeff Chaponick, President and CEO:

Mr. Chaponick is based in our Dallas office and is responsible for executing and securing executive search assignments in the supply chain division within MAC.

Jeff has more than 10 years in the Retained Executive Recruiting industry within the Supply Chain and Transportation area. Prior to launching MAC he was an Executive Senior Partner at The Lucas Group for more than 3 years where he built the Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution verticals for the company. The revenues generated through his leadership within the specific verticals placed his group in the top 10 in the world.
