MAC’s true measure of success is our ability to deliver guaranteed results: within 20 business days of starting an engaged search, MAC will deliver at least three (3) candidates (interested, qualified & hireable) that the client has deemed worthy of interview.  We are also “on target” with 1 hire for every 3.1 candidates submitted.  This saves our clients precious time making sure that whatever time the client needs to invest in recruiting, their time is as productive as it can be.
