The MAC Difference

Our job is not complicated but it is very hard.  The basic proposition of our business is to deliver the highest caliber candidate to our client ensuring that our candidates have the real opportunity to reach their potential through a six sigma process that includes measuring our specific client centric metrics, cycle time, quality & diversity of candidates.

MAC’s true measure of success is our ability to deliver guaranteed results: within 20 business days of starting an engaged search, MAC will deliver at least three (3) candidates (interested, qualified & hireable) that the client has deemed worthy of interview.  We are also “on target” with 1 hire for every 3.1 candidates submitted.  This saves our clients precious time making sure that whatever time the client needs to invest in recruiting, their time is as productive as it can be.

Our goal is to become one of the most successful non-franchised executive recruitment firms in the nation specializing in specific verticals, the current areas of expertise are, Six Sigma, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Finance/Equipment Leasing/Vendor Services, Transportation, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Each executive recruiter receives constant training to ensure they are meeting all of our clients expectations. We have found through a continuous training program that we are far more consistent in delivering qualified candidates; our placement ratio is 1 placement for every 3.1 candidates, where the industry average is close to 1 to 7.
