Since 2002, when President and CEO Jeff Chaponick founded MAC Executive Recruiters, our organization has been on the leading edge of advising CEOs and Boards on C-Suite recruiting. We partner with Human Resource departments on talent assessment for hard-to-fill positions by means of a client-centric approach with specific metrics, methodologies, and philosophies. By leveraging the individual expertise of our team, we are able to efficiently solve a variety of human capital issues for our clients from a select list of financial services, high technology, engineering, oil and gas, transportation, and healthcare companies, worldwide.

MAC Executive Recruiters began with a vision to improve the workforce by providing exceptional personalized recruiting services with a whole-team approach that improves lives and the communities we serve.
